Vance Parrish and Dan Murphy were also present.
Meeting was called to order by Kathy at 3:00.
The minutes of the October meeting were approved as presented.
The Treasurer’s report was presented by Wendy. We have a balance of $9,470.32. Wendy asked that we email her if we have additions to the master donor list. Report was accepted as presented.
Don reported on the Community Emergency Preparedness dinner. There was a low turnout. There were several organizations with tables at the event. He handed out information to some people. Mary was also at the event, and can represent us at the meeting that will be held by the organizers to discuss the event.
Chenoweth reported that she has contacted both the City of Halsey and the City of Brownsville regarding getting on their agendas.
Don presented his history of the Central Linn Community Foundation. It was decided that the paragraph on the current board information should be changed.
Vance discussed the website. He will put the history on it. He’s still trying to get reduced rates from Stripe who processes Donorbox payments for credit card payments to us.
Vance is also still working on the grant recipients articles.
Kathy and Mary will keep working on Facebook.
The calendar for 2023 was reviewed. We will keep it the same as this year.
Don will contact Chris Quaka of the Benton Community Foundation about attending one of our upcoming meetings.
The budget for 2023 was reviewed, and will be the same as this year.
Don moved and Mary seconded that Dan Murphy become a member of the Central Linn Community Foundation Board. Motion passed.
